STAY AND PLAY
Stay and Play is an unstructured parent and tot program for children age 4 and under. Parent/guardian and children lead the adventures, but an NCCP certified instructor will also be available at all times to promote safety, learning and fun.
PARENT AND TOT
Parent and Tot is a 45 min. structured class for tots age 1.5 - 3 years old. This class is lead by an instructor and allows parents to work with their children in a fun oriented class. They will experience all aspects of early motor development with the use of specialized gymnastics equipment and instruction.
KINDERGYM
This 1 hour class is tailored to young children age 3 and 4. They will experience all aspects of early motor development with the use of specialized gymnastics equipment and instruction. Children will enjoy rolling, swinging, and jumping while they learn to follow circuits and instruction.
JUNIOR GIRLS/BOYS RECREATION
Our 1 hour junior class is for girls and boys age 5 and 6. This program allows children to work at improving motor development through our program model of fun, fitness and fundamentals. Gymnasts will be assessed in the beginner levels of the CAN-GYM program.
GIRLS RECREATION
Our girls recreation program is for girls age 7-13 years old. Using our program model of fun, fitness and fundamentals; girls start at beginner levels and progress through to higher levels on all apparatus, including tumble track. CAN-GYM testing will be used to evaluate each gymnast.
BOYS RECREATION
GIRLS JUNIOR ADVANCED
This advanced program is for girls age 5-7 years old who have completed badge 3 (tan) of the CAN-GYM program or have been recommended by one of our coaches. The 90 minute class will allow gymnasts to begin learning through progressions and drills to encourage skill building.
GIRLS ADVANCED RECREATION
This program is for girls age 8+ who have passed badge 4 (bronze) of the CAN-GYM program or have been invited by one of our coaches. This is a 2 hour class and allows gymnasts to begin learning through skill combinations. They will also continue progressing through the advanced levels of the CAN-GYM level system.
