1.  We offer 4 sessions per year: Fall (Sept. - Dec.), Winter (Jan. - Mar.), Spring (Apr. - June) and Summer Day Camp (July).

2.  The assumption of risk waiver must be completed during the checkout of registration.

3.  One parent/guardian is required to stay to assist their child during Stay and Play classes (ages 1 - 4 yrs.) and Parent & Tot (ages 1.5 - 3 yrs.)

4.  Please arrive to the gym at your scheduled time, wearing gym attire (leotard, t-shirt/shorts), hair neatly pulled back and in good health.  We will invite participants to enter the gym no earlier than 5 minutes before class begins.

5..  We will not be allowing any food to be brought into the gym.  Participants may have water breaks but must bring their own water bottle or use the water fountain located at the back of the gym.

6. Any gym closures due to inclement weather will be posted on our Facebook page and emailed to families by 3:00pm. We will do our best to provide a makeup class at the end of the session.

7.  We will hold competitive tryouts in May for the next season starting in September.

8. We do not offer trial classes.

REGISTRATION INFO & POLICIES

UPLIFTER ACCOUNT INFORMATION:

1.  To create an Uplifter account - please make sure the member (or owner of the account) is listed as the parent or guardian including birthdate.  This is essential in order for the parent/guardian to accept waivers during checkout.  The participant is the child you are registering.

Payment Policy:

1.  Payment for class is to be made in full upon registration.  E-transfers are accepted to: treasurerkincardineklassics@gmail.com

2.  Refunds will be provided and pro-rated up to the 3rd class, after which there will be no refunds.

3.  A charge of $20.00 will be applied to NSF cheques.

4.  We do not offer make up classes, refunds or credits for missed classes.

5.  All outstanding fees must be paid in full prior to participation in any future Kincardine Klassics programs.

Annual Registration Fee:

1.  An annual registration fee of $45.00 is applied to each student upon registration and is valid July 1st - June 30th of each calendar year.

2.  The registration fee includes membership with Gymnastics Ontario.

3.  The registration fee is non-refundable and is not eligible for pro-rate.
